so today, the girls ran biked and swam. Running I saw several Ironman champions out running on Ali'i drive - winners of Wisconsin, the Championship here in Kona and Ironman UK (but then we are sharing a unit with her so Yvette is an easy spot for us)
Biked out along the Queen K (Ka'ahumanu) highway - hot and windy, nice speed stripes through the helmet vents and burned into my scalp.
Sarah sea swam,
Yvette swam in the pool with Craig Alexander and Belinda Granger.
