a month!

so, a month since the last post!
at the end of january i had quite an exciting trip to Portugal with Cervelo www.cervelo.com . If you now me you'll know i love the bikes, so to go over there, to the hotel which the cervelo test team go to for spring training was great. some good classroom stuff with engineers (heard about the new ultralight SQ6) and the marketing guys, plus gerard vroomen. Best though was riding......whilst friends were 'skating around' in freezing conditions, on slippery roads, we were on dry roads, in short gloves, and no tights or thermal jackets....sweeeeeet :) AND, we were able to ride with some of the CTT women.

Otherwise, working, which has been all good, and a bike upgrade - watch this space.

Sarah spent last weekend at the Triathlon show at Sandown, working for/with her sponsor helping to sell ZOOT products.

Now we are in Spain, at Chris and Rays, near Calpe. The same Calpe which has been host to....Garmin, The Shack and Contadors bunch (the pictures on cyclingnews show Alberto on the climb we went over today).
Few more days of riding here....fabulous.
