catchup timeline

yep, i'm alive, i know you've been worrying for the last 7(!) months.
so, whats happened??
I watched the race in Kona, and saw Macca take an awesome win (and Rinny run like the wind too).
Sarah had a pretty good race, and finished with a big grin and huge leap across the line.
my newest nephew was born
we had Winter :(
I had a birthday (one of those 'big' ones)
I proposed to sarah - and she said yes to marrying me
we signed up for ironman Wales
otherwise - i have a new coach :) Before Chrissie, only one British woman had finished on the podium in Kona, and she has legendary status, and she coaches me (and Sarah) now.
the van is nearly finished - cooker plumbed in last week :)
we checked out the course in Wales last weekend - windy and lumpy - but bike decisions made :)
